Brent Fitzpatrick (Non-executive Director)
Brent has spent the last ten years as a corporate finance consultant and has gained significant experience in identifying and advising a number of companies on their acquisitions on what was the Unlisted Securities Market. In the last fifteen years, Mr Fitzpatrick has been instrumental in identifying and advising a number of companies on their acquisitions and subsequent flotations. He is also Non-executive Chairman of Global Marine Energy Plc and a Non-executive Director of Real Affinity Plc, which are both quoted on AIM and Chairman of Aboyne-Clyde Rubber Estates of Ceylon Plc, an unquoted investment company.
Mr Fitzpatrick provides support to the company in a non executive capacity to ensure that the board's decision making cannot be dominated by an individual. Mr Fitzpatrick is also a member of the audit and remuneration commitees which he holds alongside Mr Griffiths.
